Step away from the busyness of everyday life and join me for a gentle, nurturing hour of connection. This special trial Women’s Circle is for pregnant women and mums with babies (non-crawlers) — a calm, welcoming space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and other women in a similar season of life.

We’ll begin with a soothing guided meditation to help you unwind and settle into the space, followed by relaxed, heartfelt conversation. There’s never any pressure to share — you’re welcome to simply listen, reflect, or join in as much or as little as feels right for you.

This is a trial session as I explore how this format might work going forward. I’d love for you to come along, experience it, and share your thoughts as we shape something beautiful together.
