Who I Am

I’m Anna Salisbury, a Personal and Lifestyle Organiser working with women who are holding everything together, often at the cost of their own wellbeing.

With a First-Class Honours degree in Social Work and a professional background supporting families through high-pressure situations, I’ve spent years helping people navigate life when it feels anything but manageable. I bring calm, clarity, and compassionate structure to the women I work with, women who are exhausted from carrying the mental load and ready for life to feel lighter.

Why This Matters to Me

My passion for supporting women runs deep. As someone who has experienced bullying, burnout, and the isolation that can come with motherhood, I understand the hidden pressures that so many women face behind closed doors. Those personal experiences have shaped how I work: with empathy, discretion, and zero judgment.
