1. What exactly does a Business and Lifestyle Organiser do?
I help women who are juggling the demands of business, family, and life to regain control and restore calm. That means taking the mental load off your plate. From business admin and scheduling to personal errands, family logistics, and household organisation. My goal is to give you back time, headspace, and a sense of balance so you can focus on what truly matters.
2. How are you different from a Virtual Assistant or PA?
While many VAs or PAs focus purely on business tasks, I take a more holistic approach. My work combines business support with lifestyle and personal organisation. I don’t just help your business run smoothly I help you feel calmer and more in control across every area of your life. Whether that’s streamlining your inbox or sorting out the family calendar, I’m here to support the whole picture, not just one part of it. My background in social work and mental health means i am able to support you emotionally and mentally as well as practically.
3. What types of tasks can you help with?
Almost anything that adds to your daily overwhelm. That might include business admin, diary management, event coordination, travel planning, managing household tasks, booking appointments, or organising family life. Every client is different, so I tailor my support to what will make the biggest difference to you.
4. Do you work with men, or just women?
Most of my clients are women, particularly those balancing business ownership or senior careers alongside family life. However, I do occasionally work with male clients who value my approach and ethos.

5. What’s included in your Chaos to Calm package?
The Chaos to Calm experience begins with a four-week intensive designed to help you reset and get organised. We start with a deep-dive “brain dump” session where you can offload everything that’s on your mind. From there, I create structure and systems to help you stay on top of both business and personal life. You’ll have a shared Trello board to track tasks, and we’ll stay in touch via voice notes and messages throughout. After the four weeks, you can continue with a flexible retainer for ongoing support.
I also have a lower cost group reset option if you feel a less high touch option is right for you. This route has VIP upgrade options to add in 1:1 support to the group structure.
6. What’s the difference between a VIP Day and the 4-week Intensive?
The VIP Day is perfect if you want a focused burst of clarity and support in one day. Think of it as your ultimate reset session. The 4-week Chaos to Calm Intensive gives you more ongoing structure and accountability to put systems in place and make lasting changes. It’s ideal if you’re ready to really turn things around and sustain that sense of calm.
7. How do you communicate with clients?
I primarily use WhatsApp and Trello for day-to-day communication, which keeps everything simple and accessible. You’ll also have email contact if needed. The aim is to make working together as seamless and flexible as possible, no endless meetings, just practical support when you need it.
8. Do you offer ongoing support after the initial package ends?
Yes. Many clients choose to continue with a retainer after their intensive, which includes ongoing weekly support and WhatsApp access. This helps you maintain structure, accountability, and peace of mind as new tasks and priorities arise.
Pricing & Logistics
9. How much do your services cost?
My pricing depends on the type and level of support you need. For example, my VIP Day is £395, while my Chaos to Calm Intensive is a four-week experience tailored to your personal and business needs. I’ll always be transparent about costs before we start, and every package is designed to provide real value and measurable impact not just a temporary fix.
10. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I know that investing in support can feel like a big decision, so I offer flexible payment options for most packages. You can pay in full or split the cost across a few instalments, whatever feels most manageable for you. I want the process of working together to feel easy and stress-free from the start.
11. Can I book a one-off session before committing to a full package?
Yes, my VIP Full Day or Half Day is ideal if you’d like to experience my support before committing to a longer-term package. It gives us a full day to tackle the areas causing the most stress and get systems in place so you can see tangible results straight away. Many clients go on to book a Chaos to Calm Intensive afterwards once they see how much clarity and relief it brings.
12. Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes, I do. Most of my clients are based in the UK, but I also work with women overseas, especially those living or working internationally. As long as we can communicate via WhatsApp or Zoom and align our time zones, location isn’t a barrier.
13. How soon can we start?
Availability varies throughout the year, but I usually have limited spaces for new clients each month. Once you’ve booked your consultation and decided to move forward, we’ll agree on a start date that suits you. If you’d like to secure a spot ahead of time, I recommend booking early, especially for the Chaos to Calm Intensive.

14. I feel embarrassed by how disorganised things have become will you judge me?
Absolutely not. In fact, many of my clients feel exactly the same way when they reach out. My role isn’t to judge; it’s to help you breathe again. I’ve worked with countless women who feel overwhelmed and stretched too thin, I know how quickly things can pile up. You’ll find no judgement here, only support, empathy, and practical steps forward.
15. I don’t know where to start is that okay?
Completely okay, that’s actually the best place to begin. Most women come to me because they don’t know where to start. During our initial session, we’ll unpack everything together and prioritise what’s most urgent. You don’t need to have it all figured out, that’s my job.
16. Can you help with family-related or household tasks too?
Yes, absolutely. My support extends beyond business admin. I often help with family scheduling, school coordination, travel plans, meal organisation, and general household management. Many of my clients find that having one person managing both business and personal life helps everything run far more smoothly.
17. How quickly will I start to feel calmer or more in control?
Most clients tell me they feel a huge sense of relief after our very first session just having everything out of their head and into an organised plan makes an immediate difference. Within a few weeks, you’ll start to notice that things feel lighter, more structured, and easier to manage day-to-day.
